About us

CADD Connection is an Oregon based provider of on demand design and drafting services. As part of our 25 year history, we serviced over 1000 clients in a variety of disciplines including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, land development and utilities. We add effective and efficient design and drafting support to wide variety of professional firms throughout the Pacific Northwest via on-site work and/or off-site modes.

CADD Connection has long utilized a team oriented approach to delivering services. We begin by understanding the needs of the client: discipline required, software used, drafting standards and preferred service delivery mode. Individuals or multiple designers/drafters will be assigned by our project managers (aka “Team Leaders”) to satisfy project/client requirements.

In that way, we can quickly add a quality source of drafting support/horsepower via on-site or outsourced modes.  CADD’s traditional support role is geared to overflow work while a decision is made if a direct hire is more appropriate or simply to get passed a sudden influx of work. 

Our Team Approach to Projects & Quality

At CADD Connection, our most valuable asset is our people and as a result, we have developed design teams which have responsibility over each of our core disciplines inclusive of architectural, civil/structural and electrical/mechanical.

After understanding our client’s specific needs, our first critical step is to assign the appropriate team/project leader who will have responsibility for the quality and timeliness of the project. Further, as part of our QC process, we invoke peer reviews and QC checklists to insure our work meets client expectations the first time as best we can.

Overall, we feel our team based approach empowers our team members to pursue creative and economic solutions to meet our clients' design and drafting needs.
