BIM Support Services: 

• Lead BIM Services (LBIM)
• 3D Background Model validation/cleanup/development for coordination
• Develop project coordination plan and system installation zones
• Develop design data exchange standards/protocols/procedures
• Establish and maintain Project Model repository (FTP/VPN/Access protocols)
• Develop, establish and maintain document control system
• Develop process for submission of design conflicts to Design team
• Develop detailed 3D geometry drawings of systems/equipment
• Incorporate all trade 3D geometry into composite Model
• Identify conflicts between utilizing Navis Manage
• Provided detailed shop drawings and BOM’s
• Review of CCD, ASI and RFI's updating Models to reflect changes
• Produce As-built Drawings Post construction from the model
• Create Revit families missing from standard libraries
• Support other CAD related IT issues and initiatives
