| Please Uninstall all previous
versions before installing V2.0. There was a major security violation in
the previous versions. Where the i-VTB was added to all user accounts. V2.0 and above will only install to the current users login. Therefore, if you are running Win9x/ME then you MUST enable Multi-User login via the Control Panel - Users. Then and only then will the button only show when you are logged in. |

The i-VTB stores your user name and password, along with a link to the i-Vantage in your computers registry. This is a very secure way of storing your information.
Why do we need i-VTB?
Honestly, you don't need it. Why have it? Because it speeds up accessing the i-Vantage. You never have to type your username or password again (unless you change it). You have direct access to the i-Vantage via a single click.
What if I changed my password?
You can run the Update Info program located in your Start - Programs - i-Vantage menu. This small program will allow you to re-enter your user name and password if it didn't work, or if you changed them.
Who do I contact if i-VTB doesn't work for me?
The i-VTB is written specifically for Internet Explorer 5.0 and above. If you are running an older version, you can update from here (Microsoft). Netscape, Opera, Mozilla, and Konquer are NOT SUPPORTED. You must also be running Windows 98/98se/ME/NT/2000 or XP. Linux, Apple, and SunOS are NOT SUPPORTED. If you are running one of the qualified programs, or are unsure, you can email Joshua James for support.
How do I uninstall i-VTB?
We have included an Uninstaller that can be ran from the Start - Programs - i-Vantage menu. You can also run the ADD/REMOVE Programs from your Windows Control Panel. i-Vantage Toolbar Button should be listed.
